All Sales are Final

• Signature Headstones logistic experts diligently monitor all product shipments and will provide customer assistance in the event of carrier problems or destination errors. 

• On delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product packaging for evidence of damage to the product that may have occurred in transit. Only sign for receipt of goods once the product's condition is verified. Failure to do so can void damage claims.

• In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, Signature Headstones will replace it free of charge.

• NOTE: Granite is a natural material. Expect variations in color, veining, and grain. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Changes/Mistakes/Errors

Changes are possible at no additional charge before the order's production. Once production begins, no order cancellations or returns are possible. Any required changes made post-production will include change fees. The amount depends on the order status and can range from $25.00 to up to (but not limited to) the total cost of the order.

You must report all errors to Signature Headstones in writing within 10 days of delivery. Documentation of the issue, including pictures, must be submitted to facilitate a complete investigation that will determine the cause.

Layout Requests

If the purchaser or cemetery requires a layout prior to purchase, a layout fee of $50.00 will be billed to the purchaser and applied toward the balance of their order.

Cancellation

Order cancelations are possible only up until payment is processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the product. Signature Headstones maintains the right to review the cancellation time after purchase and decide whether or not a restocking fee and cancellation fee are valid.

Custom order sales are final and are not eligible for cancellation or a refund.

Cemetery Installation Fees & Regulations

Signature Headstones is not responsible for any cemetery or installation fees. Prices advertised on the Signature Headstones site do not include the cost of installation. Check with your cemetery representative. Many cemeteries will have fees for installation and endowment care for the headstone or monument paid directly to them. Most cemeteries require payment in full before accepting the delivery of a memorial. 

Signature Headstones will do everything possible to ensure that all memorials sold meet standard cemetery requirements. However, it is ultimately the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that their purchase conforms to cemetery regulations.
