Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy
-Standard ground shipping is Free to 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional charge. Please note that the Free Shipping is to business addresses only. There is an additional fee to ship to a residence if a freight carrier is needed. Please contact us to inquire about the additional charges.
–Expedited Shipping is available. Expedited shipping fees will vary depending on distance, time, and location. Please call us for an estimate for expedited shipping. Additional shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipment (within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Signature Headstones will replace the item.If an item is damaged during freight to any international country , Signature Headstones will not be held liable.
Please inspect condition prior to shipping with a freight broker to another country.If a shipment needs to be re-routed for any reason by the buyer, additional re-consignment fees will be charged and must be payed upon request.
Refund/Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final.
All items that are damaged during shipment will be replaced free of charge.
The granite that we use is natural. Therefore, there will be variations in color, grain, and veining and should not be considered a defect of your item.
Cancellations
An item may be cancelled up until the payment has processed. Once a payment has processed, the buyer is responsible for their purchase. All other refunds past this cutoff time will be up to our discretion. Signature Headstones has the right to review the cancellation request and decide whether a restocking fee or cancellation fee are required.
Custom orders: Custom orders are final. Restocking and cancellation fees will not be considered.
Changes, Mistakes, Errors:
All change requests will be free up until production begins.
A Change fee will be charged to all requests made after production begins. The fee will vary depending on the status of the order. Fees range from $25 up to (but not limited to) the total cost of the order.
Errors: Once the order is received, the customer has 10 days to report any mistakes made by us. This must be done in writing (email). Please submit photos and all other proof of the error. Once submitted, Signature Headstones will begin a full investigation to deem the cause of the error.
Layout Requests:
If a layout request is required before the purchase is made, a layout fee of $50 will be included and billed to the purchaser.
